What about insurance?

At Mshkiki, we accept ONLY Michigan Medicaid Health Plans and Dual Eligible Medicare-Medicaid Plans. If you are uninsured and think you might qualify for a Medicaid Health Plan, please give us a call and we can assist you with your application.

If I am not a patient, can I get a COVID-19 test?

You will need to be an established patient with Mshkiki Community Clinic to get a COVID-19 test. We can do an establishing care visit on the same day as your test.

Can I be seen for an acute issue if I have not been seen before?

Yes, you can. We can establish your care with our primary care doctor and see you for an acute issue at the same time. Mshkiki Community Clinic can be your Primary Care Home going forward.
